Edwin married Widdow Est her Smart at Wollaston, Northamptoshire in 1887 and in 1891(census) Edw in is 29yrs old, he is living at Wollaston, with his Wife, Stepdaughte r, & two children of his own. Also the family have a friend visiting the m, Edwin is a Shoemaker & his wife a Machinist. Edwin's wife dies in 189 9, there is no sign of Edwin, his son or Stepdaughter in the 1901 Censu s. But his two Daughters are Boarding together in Wellingborough indicati ng that Edwin & his son are perhaps working away.
