In 1851(census) Elizabeth is 25yrs old, she is li ving with her husband and three children in Walgrave. She is a Milliner a nd Dressmaker. Also at the house is a Nurse Susannah Judkins this is becau se Elizabeth has recently given birth to her son James. In 1861(census) El izabeth is a widow, living in Scaldwell, Northants with now five childre n. In 1871(census) she is still living in Scaldwell with her youngest t wo children. She is still a Dressmaker. In 1881(census) living with three unmarried children at 12, Norfolk Stree t, Leicester. In 1891(census) and 1901(census) with the same three offspri ng but now at 16, Norfolk Street.
