Notes: George Crack was the illegitimate son of Sir Vere Isham, he was openly rec ognised by his father untill the age of 18 when he refused to tra in as an Officer in the Army because he wanted to be a musician. He was ba dly injured in WWI and was found by the Germans who got him to Hospita l. He had metal plates in his Shoulders but this did not stop him becomi ng a well known Theatre Drumer, he is said to have worked at the Paladi um in London. George married Eva Mitchell in 1918 at Bury St Edmunds he died in the ear ly 70's
