In 1871(Census) Sarah appears to be an Inmate in the Ash by De Le Zouch, Union Workhouse, quite why when her family live near by is a Puzzle. Unable to trace further, but it is likely that the Grands on John H Dunmore living with Sarah's parents is her son.
