In 1841 (censu s) Elizabeth is living in with her parents & younger brother at their ho me in Walgrave. Elizabeth Married William Wills in 1854 & had a Daughter b ut her husband died and on the 15th October 1857 Elizabeth married Jose ph Deacon. In 1861(census) Elizabeth is living in Walgrave with her new hu sband the Couple have a 3 year old daughter Ann as well as Elizabeth 's 5 year old Daughter Emma Wills. By 1871(census) the couple now have f our children, between 1858 and 1879 Joseph and Elizabeth had 14 childre n, 6 of whom appear to have died very young. In 1881 (census) the couple w ere living in Walgrave with five of their children. Their three eldest sur viving daughters were all employed as live-in domestic servants and were l iving away from home. In 1891(census) Joseph had had a change of caree r. He is now a publican, landlord of the Langham Arms in Walgrave. With Jo seph and Elizabeth are four of their children, plus a granddaughter, Eliza beth's mother and daughter Emma from her first marriage.
