Notes: Alice Maud Smith was born between July & September in 1880 at March, Cambr idgeshire to William & Ann Smith. In 1881 Baby Alice is living on Hurt Roa d, March with her Parents & Siblings. By 1891(Census) Alice is 10yrs o ld & attending school, she & her family have moved to Stanley Cottage, The atre Road, Wells Next Sea, Norfolk.On 20th December 1893 12yr old Alice a ppears to have been christened possibly after converting to Church of Engl and after being brought up a Methodist In 1901 (census) Alice is 20yrs ol d, she is still living with her parents & Silbings in Wells, she does n ot appear to have an occupation. on 4th April 1904, Alice marries Willi am Charles Dickinson at Wells Paris Church, and moved to London with her n ew husband. In 1911 (Census) Alice is 30yrs old she is living at 44 DARW IN RD WOOD GREEN, Edmonton, London, with her husband & two Children. She D ied towards the end of May, begining of June of 1864. Mrs A M. Dickinson The funeral of Mrs Alice Maud Dickinson, who lived in Wells before movi ng to London where she died at Woodford, was held at the St. Nicholas Chur ch, Wells, on Thursday week. The Rev. W. Alexander Stephens, Rector of We lls, conducted the service. Family mourners were: Mr. and Mrs H. Middleton, Mr. F. Dickinson, Mr. Wat erson (also representing Mrs. Waterson and Mrs Hinson), Mr. and Mrs. W. Sm ith, Mr. and Mrs. T. Mitchell, Mrs. S. Bush and Mrs. D. Hay. Also present was Mrs. Aylmer. Miss D. Eade was unable to attend
