William married Alpha Last in at Bu ry St Edmunds, Suffolk on 16th January 1870. Wittnesses at the Wedding we re Benjamin Devereux (William's Brother) & Emma Daro. In 1871 (census) Wil liam is 23yrs old, he is living at 85 Short Brack Lane Bury St Edmunds, wi th his wife & 1yr old Daughter (indicating his wife was most likely Pregna nt at Marriage), William is working as a Labourer. By 1881(census) Willi am is now 33yrs old, he is living at 3 Bear Court, Bury St Edmunds with h is Wife & Three Children, he is still working as a Labourer. He seems to D isapear from the record in 1891 Census, however in 1901 (census) Willi am is 50yrs old, he is living in Four rooms in Bury St Edmunds with his Wi fe & four of their children, he is working as a Bricklayers Labourer.
