In 1851(Census) S arah is 52yrs old, she is a Widdow is living at 10 Milebank a farm of 2 08 acres at Hilgay, she has taken over the running of the Farm and lives t here with her Children & servant as well as Employing 8 Labourers on her f arm. In 1861(census) Sarah is 62yrs old, she is still living on her Farm b ut now has only 102 Acres, she is still living with her are her three youn gest sons, and a Servant. In 1871(Census) Sarah is 72yrs old, she has n ow retired from the Farm and is living as an Annuitant (recieving an allow ance). Sarah is living at Sluice Road, Denver Norfolk with her Grands on & a Servant. In 1881 (census) Sarah is now 83yrs old, she is still an A nnuitant and is now living at 2 Stocks Hill, Southery, Norfolk with her Wi ddowed Son James and her Housekeeper. Sarah Died shortly after the Cens us was taken.
