Notes: Mary Ann Knight was born in August 1847 in Walgrave, Northamptonshire s he was the third child of Anthony & Mary Knight, she was christened in Wal grave on the 5th September 1847. In 1851(census) Mary is 4yrs old and liv ing in Walgrave her with parents and three siblings. In 1861(census) Ma ry is 13 and has left school, she appears not to be in any employment as y et, this could be because she is pregnant as her daughter Ada was bo rn in 1862 when Mary was only 14. She is living with her parents and eig ht siblings in Walgrave. Mary's Child died in 1862, but in 1869 she marri ed William Munden an Agricultural Labourer. In 1871(census) Mary is 23y rs old and living in Walgrave with her husband, they also have a daught er Martha who is 1yr old. By In 1881 (census) Mary is 33yrs old, her Husba nd has gone up in the world and become a farmer in his own right, with a f arm of 70acres, the family are living in Walgrave and Mary calls herse lf a Farmers wife. In 1891(census)43yr old Mary & her husband who is sti ll a farmer are living in Walgrave, her Daughter has left home. In 1901(c ensus) Mary, now 43 is living on Kettering Road, Walgrave with her husban d, her daughter (now married) has moved back to the family home along wi th her three children. In 1911(census) Mary is 63yrs old she is still livi ng with her Husband on their Farm on the KETTERING ROAD WALGRAVE NORTHAMPT ON.
